岗位、销售助理2人
工作地点：香港
Post : sales assistant
Workplace: Hongkong
职责简述：
1．负责楼盘销售现场接待工作，包括但不限于接待指引、咨询解答、参观服务指引等
2．协助销售顾问完成物业销售工作，包括电话邀约、资料整理、成交手续跟进等工作
3．负责案场公共事务（包括文具、资料、耗材领用、管理等）
4．协助客户在案场期间的其它需要。
Job responsibilities:
1. Take charge of field sales receptions, including but not limited to reception and guidance, question answering and visit service guidance;
2. Assist sales consultants to complete the property sales, including telephone invitation, documents preparation and transaction procedures follow-up;
3. Take charge of onsite public affairs (including stationeries, documents, consumable supplies, and management)
4. Assist to complete other onsite requirements of customers
任职要求
1．大学专科以上学历，房地产、市场营销类相关毕业优先；
2．具有较强的亲和力以及沟通能力，形象气质佳，对营销工作有较强烈的兴趣；
3．可以考虑优秀的应届毕业生
4．中、英文、粤语读、写熟练，
5． Job qualifications:
1. Junior college degree and above. Priorities will be granted to those with majors related to real estate and marketing;
2. Strong affinity and communication ability, good-looking and elegant, and strong interest in marketing;
3. Fresh graduates are also welcomed;
4. Excellent in Chinese Cantonese and English reading and writing.
薪酬 ：月薪10000RMB
